Job Requirements
- Experience in a full service restaurant preferred
- knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine
- available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs

Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
- maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
- proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
- ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to guide guests towards choices that are best for them
- mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
- ensuring that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
- build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele
