Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
- Able to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to six hours
- Must have good sense of balance and ability to bend, kneel, and react swiftly
- Must have physical ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily
- Knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, and spirits
- Experience in providing table service in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to company values and culture
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and orderly section before, during, and after your shift
- Provide world class table service to each guest in a fast-paced environment
- Have working knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, and spirits
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Properly take orders and utilize POS to start, carry and close out orders for guests
- Nurture working relationships with guests to build clientele base and ensure specialized service
- Work closely with server assistants to ensure quality service and cleanliness
- Perform all duties as assigned by the manager on duty
- Obtain proper photo identification before serving guests to ensure legal drinking age
