Job Requirements

Previous experience working as a cocktail waiter in a fast-paced environment
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
Possess a valid Food Handler Card
Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.
Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
Full ownership of your role

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working as a cocktail waiter in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
Valid Food Handler Card
Possess a valid work authorization in the U.S.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team

Job Duties

Take beverage and food orders from guests and serve menu items in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
Ensure beverage and food is of the highest quality before delivering to guests
Ensure server stations are set to required standards
Set and clear tables to SUSHI SAMBA standards
Present menus to customers and answer questions
Attend mandatory pre-shift meetings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
