Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant beverage service experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically capable of intermittent lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Preferred experience in bartending
- Knowledge of bartending foundations, drink formulas, and industry innovations
- Ability to obtain required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
- Demonstrates outstanding hospitality with friendliness and comprehensive beverage knowledge
- Efficient multitasking and organization skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull loads up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Offer welcoming remarks to visitors
- Document their choices and conduct cash and credit card transactions
- Create and deliver a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Supply servers with drinks from the service well if required
- Adhere to alcohol service procedures and safe drinking principles including age verification
- Execute cash management tasks according to guidelines
- Establish and clean workstation arrangements including sterilization
- Perform inventory audits and maintain suitable product quantities
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by offering excellent service and anticipating requirements
- Maintain a pleasant manner when dealing with visitors, clients, and team members
- Preserve the security of corporate belongings
