Job Duties
- create and serve beverages based on established recipes
- keep a clean and orderly bar setting
- ensure efficient bar operations from setup to closing
- arrange and maintain cleanliness of bar area, counter, tables, and tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for beverages
- keep ice, glassware, and paper products stocked
- count cash, complete cashier paperwork, resolve discrepancies, deposit receipts, and secure cash
- safeguard alcohol, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage spaces
- complete end-of-day tasks
- comply with security policies and procedures
- report incidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain consistent and professional personal presentation
- keep proprietary information secure
- welcome and address all guests warmly
- acknowledge and cater to guest requirements
- communicate professionally
- establish and uphold constructive relationships
- foster team collaboration and address staff concerns
- maintain conformity with quality standards
