Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
- Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
- Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
