Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year fine dining server or bar experience
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and courteously
