Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- familiarity with service bar and bar combination
- possession of unexpired TABC permit or ability to obtain upon hire
- ability to work in a fast paced luxury hotel lobby bar environment
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor

- must have an unexpired TABC permit or ability to obtain one upon hire

- maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
Job Duties
- Properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient service area of the bar throughout the shift
- perform guest services using the Moments of Service guidelines
- ring orders into Micros and deliver orders to tables
- deliver food orders from kitchen to bar area and return dishes to kitchen
- continually check back with guests
- keep all supplies stocked
- clean, clear and reset service areas
- protect the hotel from liability with regard to over serving guests
- complete all duties as assigned by manager
- assist bartender when needed
- ensure tables are set up properly
- aid guests in locating other areas of the hotel
- attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
- familiarize with food and drink menus
- adhere to cash handling standards
- follow all company policies and procedures
- ensure clean uniform and professional appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- follow all safety and security policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
