Job Requirements
- Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds repetitively
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma State ABLE License
- Previous bartending or cocktail serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- Receive and take guest orders and process in a timely manner through whatever systems are currently used in the restaurant
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Perform side work as assigned
- Operate point of sale system
- Straighten chairs and keep floor free of debris
- Clean service area and replenish as needed
- Bus and set tables
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate with support crew and management
- Adhere to the Coury Hospitality cash handling policy
- Extend and total the check double-check for accuracy and have host sign it
