Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years in high volume restaurant or nightclub preferred
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older
- Possession of valid Tennessee alcohol certification
- Ability to maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must work in fast-paced, high volume nightclub environment
- Ability to work private events including non-typical hours
- Must follow all state and federal liquor laws and company policies
- Must handle cash and POS payment systems accurately
- Must provide marketing and promotion activities during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years in high volume restaurant or nightclub preferred
- Twenty-one years of age or older
- Possession of valid Tennessee alcohol certification
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor brands
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume environments
- Awareness of local and national nightclub scene
- Knowledge of entertainment, beverage, music, and style trends
- Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly with a smile and friendly attitude
- Verbally engage and network with guests throughout shift
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding venue, menus, and policies
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously
- Anticipate guest needs and service requests
- Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Promptly inform management of complaints, comments, or incidents
