Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk constantly
- capability to bend, stoop, twist frequently
- ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 lbs
- familiarity with safety procedures
- legal age to serve alcohol
- willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Delivery of beverages to guests
- promotes and up-sells liquor and food
- must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware and garnishes
- follows guidelines established in regards to age identification for suspected minors and when dealing with an intoxicated customer
- attend required meetings
- keep work areas clean and organized
- be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
- maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
