Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of cocktail server experience at a high-end bar or restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and craft cocktails
- Experience with cash handling, credit card transactions and casino rewards and comps
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol consumption
- Teamwork oriented and self-motivated
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
- Able to lift or carry up to 50lbs
- Able to work in a club/nightlife atmosphere with loud music and flashing lights
- Must maintain proper safety and sanitation standards
- Valid work authorization for the US
- Must audition with a peculiar or unexpected talent
- Must be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Successful background check clearance prior to hire

Job Duties
- Stay guest-focused and provide exceptional service by making a positive impression on the guest
- Serve beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the front of house and VIP areas
- Actively engage in the company’s antiracist commitment and participate in learnings around equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
- Create a work environment promoting teamwork, feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
- Participate in in-house modeling programs, special events, banquet events, social media marketing, and model/presenter tasks and promotions
- Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
- Maintain awareness of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Ensure proper set-up and maintenance of stations and perform all aspects of opening and closing duties
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, reward points, and comps ensuring charges are accurate and return correct change to patrons
- Adhere to staff privileges and responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism in both appearance and behavior at all times
- Adhere to seasonal uniform and appearance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
