Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality preferred
- Must maintain required alcohol knowledge and safety certifications
- Weekend, weekend late night and evening availability required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide fast and accurate service
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated personal accountability and reliability

Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge on beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties shared through pre-shift briefings
- Engage and converse positively with guests to ensure an enjoyable experience
- Adhere to dress code, appearance and grooming standards as specified in the employee manual
- Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability during shifts
- Operate POS systems proficiently for order handling and payments
