Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server or other bar, restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required
- Weekend, weekend late night and evening availability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and hospitality mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Previous experience as server or in bar, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required
- Proficient with POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of beverages, service standards, daily specials, events, and parties
- Engage and converse positively with guests
- Adhere to dress code, appearance, and grooming standards
- Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
