Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of mixology and cocktail preparation experience
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle high-volume fast-paced environments
- knowledge of various alcohol types and cocktail recipes
- ability to obtain ABC certificate
- must be 21 or older
- pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- pass background investigation
- obtain and maintain gaming license
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand walk frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in environments with exposure to secondhand smoke noise and weather conditions

Job Duties
- Greets and takes beverage and food orders from casino patrons
- check in with customers throughout their visit
- understand the bar menu and make informed recommendations
- serve beverages and food promptly and professionally
- maintain attentiveness to patrons adhering to guest service standards
- memorize beverage menus for customer inquiries
- maintain cleanliness standards in the service area
- attend departmental meetings for product and promotion knowledge
- respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly
- report maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies
- exhibit professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- follow safety and customer service guidelines
- attend scheduled staff meetings
- contribute to team efforts
- promote and document drink orders accurately
- prepare and serve cocktails according to specifications and ABC requirements
- input orders at point of sale and maintain accountability
- present accurate checks timely
- clean and maintain orderly work area
- collaborate with bartenders and servers for smooth service
- address guest concerns professionally
- participate in promotions or special events
- set up tables and clean after customers
- maintain bar set up, wash glassware and utensils
- check ID for age verification
- provide safe and responsible alcohol service
- organize work area for guest interaction and safety
- follow alcohol service, safety and customer service regulations
- perform other duties as required
