Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel operations or customer service preferred
- ability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends
- must be able to stand and walk constantly during shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- must maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- certification or willingness to obtain TABC and Food Handler's certifications

Job Duties
- Delivery of food and beverages to guests
- promotes and up-sells on liquor and food
- is completely familiar with all kinds of liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, proper glassware and garnishes
- follows guidelines regarding age identification for suspected minors and dealing with intoxicated customers
- attends required meetings
- keeps work areas clean and organized
- reports unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately
