Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification
- Previous experience in similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beverage items
- Upbeat and positive attitude required

Job Duties
- Assist servers in monitoring and coordinating daily section operations
- Interact professionally with staff in a fast-paced environment
- Greet guests warmly and provide comfortable experiences
- Maintain food, wine, cocktail, and beer knowledge
- Communicate effectively with management and team
- Engage guests and take drink orders per standards
- Monitor guest intoxication and notify management
- Follow food and beverage procedures and state liquor laws
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of service areas
- Handle cash and payments accurately according to policy
- Relate guest complaints to management
