Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to comply with state governmental liquor laws
- Minimum 1-year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry serving trays
- Must be able to stand walk bend and move freely throughout congested areas of casino
- Ability to work while being subjected to tobacco smoke and noise from casino environment
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Job Qualifications

- Working knowledge of alcoholic drinks
- Ability to represent property with a friendly positive helpful approach
- Ability to meet company grooming hygiene and appearance standards
- Ability to interact with management employees and guests in an efficient effective courteous manner
- Gaming Control Board Registration
- Alcohol Awareness preferred
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to guests in efficient courteous manner endeavoring to remember frequent players and establish personal contact
- Understand and promote the player tracking program and other casino promotions
- Take and deliver drink orders accurately from customers in casino
- Ensure customers are playing at the slot machines with minimum bet or greater prior to serving drinks
- Give drink order requests to bartender
- Remove empty glasses and bottles from casino area empty ashtrays clean ashes and spills on slot machines
- Comply with all federal state and local laws pertaining to alcohol and safety
- Report or correct unsafe work environment conditions immediately upon discovery to uphold safety and cleanliness
- Assist with jackpot payouts as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
