The hiring establishment is a large-scale casino and entertainment venue spanning over 100,000 square feet, featuring a vibrant gaming and entertainment space with approximately 500 employees. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency
  • Must be RAMP certified
  • Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing walking briskly for extended periods pushing pulling stooping bending and squatting continuously throughout shift
  • Able to lift and carry 30 pounds unassisted for extended periods
  • Able to work entire shift in full costume without accommodations
  • Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • Must be able to work in smoke filled environments
  • Must have full working knowledge of POS
  • Required to work nights weekends and or holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with friendly welcomes making eye contact and smiling
  • Provide prompt accurate courteous service meeting service time requirements and anticipating guest needs
  • Be well-versed in all products and menu items to guide guest experience and sell food and beverage items
  • Alert management of any service and safety issues
  • Make appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Input and control ordering through register maintaining accountability and issuing receipts
  • Handle all bank and cash procedures following variance policies
  • Carry trays of food and beverages throughout the restaurant and bar
  • Serve and replenish as requested
  • Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including removing empty glasses bottles and cleaning ashtrays
  • Abide by all federal state and corporate liquor regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Abide by company and department specific appearance standards
