Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- valid Colorado Limited Gaming Support License required
- one or more years of recent and related cocktailing experience preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment
- successful completion of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous material training
- ability to perform mathematical calculations
- successful completion of alcohol awareness training
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- flexible work week with additional hours required
- physical ability to perform constant walking, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for entire work shifts
Job Qualifications
- demonstrated cocktail server experience preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment
- strong customer service skills
- ability to perform under deadlines and pressure
- experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
- one or more years of recent cocktailing experience
- knowledge of Colorado Limited Gaming Act compliance
- ability to perform mathematical calculations
- successful completion of alcohol awareness training and bloodborne pathogens and hazardous material training
Job Duties
- maintains a clean and safe work environment
- performs duties in compliance with safety procedures including use of safety equipment
- follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions
- ensures regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- serves guests with beverages promptly and courteously
- promotes gaming, slots, restaurant events and answers guest questions about casino operations
- develops and maintains positive relations with guests and employees
- wears and maintains uniforms and gaming license properly
- complies with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and company policies
- alerts supervisor regarding beverage quality concerns
- complies with established security policies and reports concerns
- monitors bar operations and verifies customers are 21 years or older
- monitors guests for intoxication and informs security or management as necessary
- performs other duties and special projects as directed
