Job Requirements
- One year of food and beverage service experience
- Preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and hotel service standards
- Ability to learn and use telephone and POS systems

- Take accurate orders from guests
- Make food and beverage recommendations
- Provide excellent guest service
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize profitability
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu and bar items
- Operate telephone and POS computer systems
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
