Job Requirements
- One year of food and beverage service experience preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all menu and bar items
- Ability to learn and use telephone and POS computer systems used at the hotel
Job Qualifications

- Take accurate orders from guests

- Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
