Job Requirements
- One year experience in a high volume bar
- CA Food Handler's Card required
- Alcohol training (TIPS/ServSafe) required
- RBS Certification required
- Ability to work two night shifts and event days
- Open and flexible schedule
- Ability to assist on event days and prior days as needed

Job Duties
- Give personal attention and take personal responsibility when providing guest service
- Listen and empathize to resolve guest problems
- Notice guest dissatisfaction and use judgment to address it
- Perform duties with a "Can Do" attitude and genuine hospitality
- Provide food and beverage service to guests
- Set up lounge tables with clean menus, table tents, and candles
- Provide guests with an overview of menu and beverage choices
- Take guests' food and beverage orders and upsell when appropriate
- Consolidate and pick up ordered food and beverages ensuring correct condiments are served
- Clear cocktail tables and clean dining areas using proper methods
- Assist bartender as necessary to meet guests’ expectations
- Complete all side work assignments
- Set up and maintain the appearance of server areas
