Job Requirements
- food safety certification and texas alcohol beverage certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
- availability to work Sundays is required
- occasional Friday and Saturday availability preferred
- ability to interact positively with guests
- willingness to work in a tip-free environment
- basic knowledge of beverage service
- part-time employment status
Job Qualifications
- friendly and outgoing personality
- likes to smile and talk to people
- restaurant, bar or lounge serving experience preferred but not required
- liquor, beer and wine knowledge desirable
- experience working on a food and beverage point of sale system desirable

Job Duties
- interact with guests to take drink and food orders
- assist guests with beverage knowledge in making drink selections
- clear plates and glasses, clean tables and maintain a clean workspace
- perform side work such as polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations, vacuuming, and more
- enter orders on a point of sale system, present checks to guest, and take payment
- be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants
