Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency
  • Must be RAMP certified
  • Ability to withstand physical demands including standing and walking briskly for extended periods
  • Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend, and squat continuously throughout shift
  • Able to lift and carry 30 pounds unassisted for extended periods
  • Able to work entire shift in full costume without accommodations
  • Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • Must be able to work in smoke-filled environments
  • Must have full working knowledge of POS
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must have valid license as required by State Gaming Agency
  • Must be RAMP certified
  • Thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • Full working knowledge of POS system
  • Ability to communicate effectively and comply with company policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and provide courteous service
  • Be well-versed in all products and menu items to guide guests and promote sales
  • Alert management of any service or safety issues
  • Make appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle ordering through POS register maintaining accuracy and receipts
  • Manage all bank and cash handling procedures
  • Carry trays of beverages and food offerings throughout the restaurant and bar area
  • Serve and replenish items as requested
  • Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including removing empty glasses and cleaning ashtrays
  • Abide by all federal, state, and corporate liquor regulations and Responsible Gaming Program
  • Perform additional assigned duties
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations
  • Adhere to company and department appearance standards
