Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cocktail/server roles
  • TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings during the festival season
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cocktail/server experience preferred
  • TABC (or state-equivalent) certification required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Physically able to carry trays with multiple drinks and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Strong cash-handling and POS system experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, take cocktail and beverage orders, and deliver drinks promptly
  • Verify age and check IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations
  • Upsell premium beverages and promote event drink specials
  • Maintain clean and organized service stations and guest areas
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
  • Communicate effectively with bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and report concerns to management as needed
  • Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
