Job Requirements
- TABC or state-equivalent certification required
- Previous cocktail/server experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Physically able to carry trays with multiple drinks and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong cash-handling and POS system experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take cocktail and beverage orders, and deliver drinks promptly
- Verify age and check IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Upsell premium beverages and promote event drink specials
- Maintain clean and organized service stations and guest areas
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and report concerns to management as needed
- Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
