- Must be 21 years of age
- 1-2 years experience in an alcohol beverage environment
- Experience in a high-volume alcohol beverage-serving establishment
- Experience enforcing ABC regulations as they pertain to alcoholic beverage service

Job Duties
- Checks supply and maintain proper set up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays
- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all special promotions
- Serves and replenishes beverages as requested
- Abides by all State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures
