Job Requirements
- At least 2 years bartending or serving work experience
- Ability to memorize all available drinks
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand for long periods during shift
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years bartending or serving work experience
- Guest relations/service experience in a similar environment preferred
- Strong memorization skills for drink menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Duties
- Checks and maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all specials, promotions and suggests at least one drink and food item from the regular menu
- Takes orders, reciting each order back to the guest
- Inputs orders into point-of-sale system correctly, including any special requests and/or allergies
- Replenishes beverages as requested, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction
- Presents the guest with the check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return
