Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance as per hotel schedule
- Maintain proper uniform and nametag
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations
- Able to stand throughout entire shift
- Ability to carry trays with food and beverages
- Must be physically capable of medium work
- Flexible working hours sometimes required
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
- Receive and deliver guest orders accurately
- Collect payments from guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Attend all required hotel meetings and trainings
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and wear proper uniform
- Handle guest and employee concerns by listening, understanding, and clarifying
- Assist in identifying and solving operational problems
