Job Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Willingness to attend trainings and meetings

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to guests in an attentive courteous and efficient manner
  • Receive and deliver guests orders accurately and timely
  • Collect payment from guests professionally
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and employees
  • Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • Attend all required hotel meetings and trainings
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
