- Ability to use POS system accurately

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Takes and accurately records drink orders into the Point-Of-Sale system
- Maintains a professional and approachable attitude
- Monitors and intervenes service to guests who appear intoxicated
- Sets up and breaks down the cocktail area each shift
- Participates in daily stand-up meetings
- Completes computer-assisted training
- Collects orders from bartenders and serves to guests
- Supports a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborates with bartenders, servers, and hosts for seamless service
- Maintains knowledge of in-house and local services
- Maintains table cleanliness and clears empty glassware
- Identifies opportunities to upsell premium beverages
- Uses guest names when known and offers fond farewells
- Adheres to uniform appearance standards
- Complies with health and safety and sanitation guidelines
- Processes guest payments accurately
- Completes opening and closing side work
- Ensures responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and refusing service as necessary
- Serves food items as required
- Operates POS system with integrity and accuracy
- Maintains punctual and regular attendance
- Serves as initial point of contact for guest inquiries
- Demonstrates empathy resolving guest issues
- Builds respectful and confident guest relationships
- Resolves issues promptly ensuring guest satisfaction
- Possesses knowledge of all products and services offered
