Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- pastry baking experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including am and pm shifts, weekends, and holidays
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- must hold a valid food handler certification and Louisiana responsible vendor card
- must be available to work thursdays, fridays, and saturdays
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- assist the executive chef and sous chefs with restaurant, banquet, and specialty dessert menu preparation
- greet all guests promptly, courteously, and professionally
- practice upselling and suggestive selling when taking orders
- pick up and deliver orders efficiently
- deliver beverages to guests as needed
- maintain clean and organized lounge and service areas
- monitor guest tables
- ensure service areas are cleaned and cleared regularly
- process guest payments accurately and courteously upon departure
