Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- pastry baking experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- must hold a valid Food Handler Certification and Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work in environments with exposure to humidity, steam, high temperatures, and cleaning chemicals
- comfortable frequent contact with food and beverage items
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with restaurant, banquet, and specialty dessert menu preparation
- greet all guests promptly, courteously, and professionally
- practice upselling and suggestive selling when taking orders
- pick up and deliver orders efficiently
- deliver beverages to guests as needed
- maintain clean and organized lounge and service areas
- ensure service areas are cleaned and cleared regularly
- process guest payments accurately and courteously upon departure
