Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 21 years of age to mix and serve alcohol
  • Past serving experience required
  • Certification of alcohol awareness program preferred
  • Training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift minimum weight of 35 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for entirety of shift
  • Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop
  • Must be able to work on site

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare dining room and back of house area for service
  • Welcome guests and attend to their needs throughout dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge of menu and beverages
  • Articulate and communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Monitor scheduled activities, daily counts, and operational details
  • Perform daily prep work and assist teammates as needed
  • Uphold core values, company policies, and professionalism at all times
  • Adapt to fast-paced and changing environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
