Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 21 years of age to mix and serve alcohol
- Past serving experience required
- Certification of alcohol awareness program preferred
- Training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to lift minimum weight of 35 lbs
- Must be able to stand for entirety of shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop
- Must be able to work on site
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare dining room and back of house area for service
- Welcome guests and attend to their needs throughout dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge of menu and beverages
- Articulate and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Monitor scheduled activities, daily counts, and operational details
- Perform daily prep work and assist teammates as needed
- Uphold core values, company policies, and professionalism at all times
- Adapt to fast-paced and changing environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
