Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Three to six months experience in food/beverage service
- Vision ability to see detailed guest checks and written instructions
- Manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items, and carry trays
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Physical ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods
- Effective communication skills with management, staff and guests

Job Duties
- Greet and take drink orders from bar customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests
- Remain attentive to customers throughout the dining experience, adhering to or exceeding service standards
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side-work as instructed
- Memorize bar menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service areas to comply with health regulations
- Control allocated guest checks by documenting all required information accurately
- Receive and verify proper payment from guests to safeguard customer and company
- Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to enhance communication and product knowledge
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly to provide quality service
- Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor using tact in customer service situations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
