Job Requirements

  • prior experience in food and beverage service
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • customer service skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods

  • previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Serves and promotes food and beverage sales
  • accurately takes and enters food and beverage orders for guests
  • cordially and professionally presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service
  • follows cash and credit card handling policies at all times
  • handles checks and processes payment, including cash transactions, credit card payments and room charges
  • stocks and cleans server stations in back of house as assigned
  • executes preparation for garnishes and sauces
  • cleans and polishes wares for dining room
  • ensures a clean and properly set dining room
  • completes opening, closing and any assigned side work and duties
  • performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team
