Job Requirements
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Minimum two years serving experience in upscale dining and nightlife venues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible work schedule including late hours
- Ability to adhere to dress and appearance guidelines
- Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, food service, drink recipes, garnishes, and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to handle intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner
- Two years bottle service experience
- Three years positive interaction experience with people
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with a friendly attitude
- Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, food service, drink recipes, garnishes, and Point of Sale systems
- Two years bottle service experience
- Three years experience interacting positively with people
- Tolerance and appreciation for diverse cultures, music, and art forms
Job Duties
- Give proper recognition to Foundation Room Members, Live Nation Corporate Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage
- Execute impeccable upscale dining steps of service
- Demonstrate expert confidence in bottle and wine service skills
- Up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
- Guide and direct guests through their dining experience using recommendations and expertise
- Understand and flawlessly execute the standards and procedures of Bottle Service
- Adapt communication and vocabulary to socialize effectively with diverse audiences
- Maintain exemplary grooming and professional appearance standards
- Handle cash and operate Point of Sale systems
- Manage beverage knowledge thoroughly and responsibly serve alcohol
- Positively and safely address intoxicated guests
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs proactively
- Suggestively sell beverages and menu items
- Take and communicate drink orders to the bar
- Deliver drinks efficiently through crowded venues
- Maintain atmosphere control and cleanliness in work area
- Remove dirty dishes and trash, including lifting bus tubs up to 25 lbs
- Follow safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards diligently
- Request identification from guests who appear under 30 years old
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and refuse service when necessary
- Process payments and manage comp and void checks accurately
- Assist other staff as needed and attend pre-shift meetings
