Job Requirements
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in upscale dining and nightlife venues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late hours
- Must adhere to dress and appearance guidelines
- 2 years bottle service experience
- 3 years work experience interacting in positive environments
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes, garnishes, and POS systems
- Ability to manage intoxicated guests safely
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues
- State or County responsible alcohol awareness training certification or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and responsible alcohol service
- Strong multitasking skills with an upbeat and friendly attitude
- Ability to read guests and anticipate needs
- Proven bottle service experience
- Experience interacting positively with people across diverse cultures and settings
- Knowledge of cocktail tray service, drink recipes, and garnishes
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to handle intoxicated guests safely
- Tolerance for all cultures, music, and art forms
Job Duties
- Give proper recognition to Foundation Room Members, Live Nation Corporate Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage
- Follow steps of service for upscale dining
- Confidently perform bottle and wine service
- Upsell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
- Guide guests through their dining experience using recommendations and expertise
- Execute bottle service standards and procedures flawlessly
- Adapt vocabulary and socialize appropriately with guests
- Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards
- Handle cash and use Point of Sales systems
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of all beverages
- Manage intoxicated guests positively and safely
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs
- Suggestively sell beverages and menu items and take orders
- Communicate drink orders to bar through POS system
- Deliver drinks maneuvering trays through crowds
- Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating in work area
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses and trash from tables and floor
- Keep tables clean and wipe spills
- Follow safety and sanitation standards
- Request ID from guests who appear under 30
- Refuse service to intoxicated guests courteously and inform management
- Process payments including cash, credit card and travelers checks according to policy
- Assist other servers and attend pre-shift meetings
