Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees and guests
- Must listen, understand, and clarify concerns

- Maintain regular attendance according to hotel scheduling

- Flexible and able to work long hours
- Able to exert medium physical effort up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Able to carry full trays of food and beverages while maneuvering through dining area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or related field is advantageous
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
