Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with guests and employees
- Must listen, understand, and clarify concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Approach all interactions with friendliness, courtesy, and service orientation
- Attend all required trainings and meetings
- Maintain regular attendance as per scheduling needs
- Maintain proper uniform and nametag
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations
- Maximize productivity and resolve problems effectively
- Handle challenges proactively
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to maneuver in dining area with full trays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
- Physical ability to stand for entire shift and carry trays
Job Duties
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
- Receive and deliver guest orders accurately and promptly
- Collect payment from guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Attend all required hotel meetings and trainings
- Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to improve productivity
