Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least two years of previous cocktail serving experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a Food Handler card up to date
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when required

- Actively contributes as a team player by being helpful/assisting when needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes that are specified
- Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions for all food and beverage items
- Coordinate with bar staff to ensure all availability of beverages
- Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures
- Possess complete food and beverage knowledge of all products that are being served
- Follow all proper cash/payment card procedures
- The ability to up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
- Maintaining compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards
- Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age
- Must be able to work Fridays & Saturdays
- All other duties as assigned
