Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and carry trays for extended periods
- Obtain TIP certification within 3 months of employment
- Adhere to all company policies and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service
- Take accurate drink and food orders
- Have in-depth knowledge of cocktail menu and wine list
- Collaborate with bartenders to prepare and serve drinks accurately
- Use suggestive selling to promote drinks and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and seating areas
- Process payments including cash and credit transactions
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to alcohol service laws
- Observe guests for intoxication signs and provide assistance as needed
