- six months of food service experience preferred
- experience working in a resort setting preferred
- ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- garnish and serve cocktails to guests
- maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
- provide answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities
- perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and preparing service areas
- resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to management when necessary
