  • six months of food service experience preferred
  • experience working in a resort setting preferred
  • ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
  • garnish and serve cocktails to guests
  • maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
  • provide answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities
  • perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and preparing service areas
  • resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to management when necessary
