Job Duties
- Takes orders and serves guests beverages
- totals charges and accepts payments
- responds to guest requests for amenities

- maintains a professional appearance at all times
- answers questions regarding operations
- provides friendly, quick, and professional service
- keeps service areas clean and free of clutter
- remains visible and approachable in assigned station
- follows policies and procedures
- prepares drinks and serves within required time frames
- accepts payment and provides accurate change
- notifies supervisor if guest appears intoxicated
- prepares service wells for following shift
- maintains safety awareness and responds to emergencies
- performs other duties as assigned
