Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server or bar/restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Weekend, weekend late night and evening availability required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Must demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
- Adherence to dress code and professional appearance
- Ability to engage positively with guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Previous server or bar/restaurant/hospitality industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties through pre-shift meetings and communications
- Engage and converse easily and positively with guests
- Adhere to dress code, appearance and grooming standards
- Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain professional manner throughout shifts
