Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Must have minimum one year of experience in food and beverage operations
- Prior experience with micros or other POS systems
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of spirits wine and food
- Enthusiastic and gracious when engaging with guests
- Open to learning developing and growing personally and professionally
- Trustworthy and acts with integrity
- Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience with micros or other POS systems
- Prior luxury hotel experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Engage with guests listen to their wants and make cocktail recommendations based on their desires
- Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge and skilled upselling techniques
- Consistently follow the food and beverage sequence of service with the utmost attention to detail
- Collaborate with bartenders and fellow associates in a positive and respectful manner
- Maintain a keen eye on the lounge area and table maintenance to promptly address spills debris or cleanliness issues ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests
- Adhere to state liquor service regulations
- Deliver on guests expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs
