Job Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with employees and guests
- Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Approach encounters with friendliness, courtesy, and service orientation
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance as per hotel scheduling
- Maintain proper personal grooming and uniform standards
- Comply with hotel safety and operational regulations
- Ability to handle problems proactively by anticipating and solving issues
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Ability to maneuver carrying trays in the dining area
- Flexibility in work hours including long shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen and address guest concerns attentively
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing duties
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and carry trays
- Knowledge of hospitality safety and operational standards
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multitask and prioritize tasks during service hours
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
