Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in a serving or bartending role
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- two to three years of previous serving experience at a large hotel or comparable restaurant
- strong communication skills
- excellent customer service abilities
- ability to work in a high-volume environment
- capability to multitask effectively
- flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- serve beverage and cocktail items to customers according to Legacy Hotel standards
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to answer customer questions
- use pre-approved selling techniques to promote premium products
- prepare and organize drinks and glassware
- coordinate with bar staff to ensure beverage availability
- perform opening and closing procedures
- complete side work duties to support bar operations
