- able to carry trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- able to stand and move around for extended periods
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe down surfaces frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of beverage preparation and serving standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced, lively environment

- familiarity with legal requirements for alcohol service
- strong attention to detail and responsible attitude
Job Duties
- Consistently provide outstanding guest service by delivering drinks, food, and entertainment in a fun atmosphere
- keep the immediate supervisor informed of any issues or unusual occurrences and suggest solutions
- provide timely and efficient beverage service while managing service flow and communicating with guests, team members, and managers
- approach guests warmly and manage multiple job responsibilities with a friendly attitude
- assist guests with drink orders, answer questions, and offer suggestions
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and standards
- maintain clean and organized service area, ensuring supplies are stocked
- handle guest payments accurately and responsibly
- verify guest identification to meet legal age requirements
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly as needed
- wish departing guests farewell and ensure satisfaction
- inform managers of any dissatisfied guests or complaints
- adhere to all company policies on responsible alcohol service
- assist in stocking and maintaining beverage inventory
- ensure cleanliness of guest tables and surrounding areas
- collaborate with team members for smooth service
- maintain positive and cooperative working relationships
